Dan's Travels: Singapore TESS 2000 Keynote

It was really awesome to see the Alaskan mountains below during our Northwest flight from Minneapolis to Singapore. ITE officials took us to the Raffles Plaza hotel where we stayed for a week. We woke up in the morning to a gorgeous harbor view of the Singapore river. The national symbol of Singapore, the Merlion, still appeared to be guarding the harbor as well as the promising future of Singapore (with Sir Stamford Raffles looking on). It was always good coming back to Singapore, savoring the "heavenly" selections of local delicacies and reminiscing the good old memories of life in Singapore. At the keynote address, I spoke to a group of 600 tertiary educators on the topic of Motivating Faculty To Use Technology.
