Collegedale, home of Southern Adventist University, comes alive with greens and blossoms during early spring in March. Nestled in low mountain ridges, Collegedale has very scenic surroundings as well as a nice "Greenway" where local residents enjoy peaceful strolls, especially during Sabbath afternoons. Spring rains can bring lots of water to streams and ponds. One may find a reptile sun tanning after the storm.
